2021 RECAP

I'm very humbled to share with you the official 2021 RECAP of my gigs and Amapiano Worldwide events! What started as a mix-series on Plus1 Radio at the end of 2020, has become a rapidly evolving movement in the country I spent most of the year in: Ethiopia. This was a special year for me - having returned to my home country after 9 years. It's been an absolute pleasure being plugged back into the community, being a part of the dance and nightlife scene, and kickstarting my career in event organizing in addition to performing. Amapiano Worldwide is a movement now, with sights on making an all-inclusive space for everyone in Ethiopia who wants to be their true selves 200% of the time, and enjoy the best music Africa has to offer. A special thank you to the team of people that have supported my growth and the growth of AW, and to our extremely loyal crowd that has shown us support from the get-go. WE HAD ALL OF THIS IN 2021!
